Food Pantry Shopping Hours - By Appointment Only
Monday 4:00 - 6:00 PM
Wednesday 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Thursday 1:00 - 3:00 PM
Guest Requirements
Guests must living in Platte or Clay County, Missouri. During the intake visit please provide the following:
- Proof of Residency in Platte or Clay county (A current a current utility bill such as Gas, Electric, or Water, a lease or government issued mail.
- ID (Driver’s license, state ID, or passport)
Guests will shop by appointment only. Guests may shop a maximum of once a month.
Cancellation Policy
Mimi's Pantry requires guests to cancel appointments at least 2 hours prior to the beginning of a shopping shift.
Monday, cancel by 2 pm
Wednesday, cancel by 8 am
Thursday, cancel by 11 am
Failure to cancel appointments may result in penalty from using the pantry for 2 months.
If you are unable to keep your appointment you may cancel it in the following ways:
Directly from the booking calendar. This is the most efficient and direct method to cancel.
If you are unable to cancel directly on the calendar you may call 816-735-0220, ext 102 or email info@mimispantrykc.org
We appreciate you canceling so we can offer that time slot to another person.
Holiday & Inclement Weather Closures
We will be CLOSED on the following holidays:
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve
Christmas
New Year's Eve
New Year's Day
During inclement weather, we will be closed when the Park Hill School District is closed.
